At One Students, everything we do is about creating opportunities for students to encounter Jesus—so they can see who He is and what He came to do. Just like Jesus invited people to “come and see,” we believe transformation happens when students step into spaces where they can experience Him for themselves.

We want every student who walks through our doors to feel seen, heard, and ultimately known—not just by us, but by the God who loves them. That’s why we design every environment to say: You belong here. Jesus is here. This is truth. You’re not alone.

Connect Groups

We believe every student needs a place where they can be seen, heard, and known—and that happens best in community. That’s why we have Connect Groups for every grade that meet throughout the week.

In Connect Groups, students move beyond the crowd and into meaningful relationships. It’s where faith gets personal, friendships grow deeper, and students learn how to follow Jesus together. Here, students find a safe space to be real, ask honest questions, and discover that they don’t have to walk through life alone.

It’s Complicated is a 4-week relationship series built for real life—crushes, emotions, boundaries, temptation, regret, and everything in between. We’re not just talking about rules; we’re talking about wisdom, identity, and honor. Because who you become matters more than who you date—and students need clarity and grace to make decisions that lead to joy, health, and holiness.

This series is for every student, whether they’re dating, hoping to date someday, or not thinking about relationships yet. From friendships and emotions to purity and purpose, It’s Complicated helps students understand God’s design for relationships before culture shapes their expectations—pointing them toward grace, wisdom, and a faith that guides every area of life.
