Welcome to INSPIRE
A leadership gathering focused on championing mission, cultivating healthy culture, and living out the values God has entrusted to us as we move forward together.
What is INSPIRE
INSPIRE is a leadership conference created to help us pause, refocus, and realign around what matters most. As leaders in the church, the road ahead is rarely simple or predictable, but it is always meaningful.
This gathering exists to strengthen leaders at every level by reminding us why we do what we do, who we are called to be, and how we move forward together with clarity, humility, and faithfulness.

The Road Ahead
The road ahead may feel long, uncertain, or even steep at times, but it is a road that matters. And it is not a road we walk alone. As leaders, we are not simply managing tasks or solving problems. We are shaping people, discipleship, and culture for the long run. INSPIRE 2026 is an invitation to lift our eyes, trust God’s direction, and take faithful steps forward together.
INSPIRE Devotional
Championing Mission, Culture, and Values
This year’s INSPIRE devotional was created to help prepare your heart for the conference and extend its impact beyond the event itself. Rooted in the Great Commission, it focuses on the kind of leadership that builds something healthy and lasting.
Through Scripture, reflection, and prayer, you’ll be invited to clarify mission, cultivate culture, live the values, and multiply leadership through faithful, practical steps.
Main Session Highlights
Session One: Taking Ownership in the Culture
Speaker: Pastor Steve Willis
1 PM • Directors & Coaches • Student Center
Culture is not shaped by statements, but by leaders who take responsibility for what they allow, model, and reinforce. This session will challenge leaders to move from awareness to ownership and to actively steward a culture that reflects the heart and vision of the church.
Session Two: Guarding Unity in the Church
Speaker: Pastor Mike Cirricione
2:15 PM • Directors, Coaches, & Leaders • Worship Center
Unity is essential but fragile, especially in seasons of growth and change. This session will focus on the responsibility leaders carry to protect unity through humility, communication, and Christ-centered perspective, even when tensions arise.
Session Three: Casting and Clarifying the Vision
Speaker: Pastor Steve Willis
6:00 PM • Directors, Coaches, & Leaders • Worship Center
Vision gives direction, alignment, and purpose to leadership. This session will help leaders understand how to clearly cast vision, reinforce it consistently, and ensure it is understood and lived out across teams and ministries.

Developing Vision for Your Life
Matt Anderson & Katie Horn • Room 29
Leadership begins with clarity of purpose. This breakout invites leaders to reflect on personal calling, direction, and intentionality, helping align everyday choices with a God-shaped vision for life and leadership.

Avoiding the Pitfalls of Leadership
Chip Dodd • Room 30
Leadership brings both opportunity and vulnerability. This session will address common pitfalls leaders face and offer practical insight into recognizing unhealthy patterns before they undermine personal health, relationships, or long-term effectiveness.
Working and Resting: Building Healthy Habits for Life and Leadership
Bud George • Room 28
Sustainable leadership requires both diligence and rest. This session focuses on building rhythms and habits that protect spiritual, emotional, and physical health while sustaining faithfulness over the long haul.
Discipling: Building People, Not Programs
David Nolan • Room 21
Discipleship is about transformation, not activity. This breakout will help leaders reframe success by prioritizing relationships, intentional investment, and spiritual formation over systems and programs alone.
