OneStudents: Barfield
At One Students, we believe students are more than the future of the church—they are the church right now. God has given them gifts, influence, and purpose today, and we want to help them fully step into that calling.
But in order to do that, students need a community of people who love them, encourage them, hold them accountable, and walk beside them as they grow. That’s why One Students exists: to create a place where faith is lived out in real relationships and where students are challenged to follow Jesus boldly.
We don’t see student ministry as just another program. Our goal is not to keep students busy, but to recognize their God-given value and help them live as part of the body of Christ. That means we treat them with respect and we accept them as they are as we call them to become who God has created them to be.

We believe the greatest influence in a student’s life is their family—and our role isn’t to replace that, but to partner with you. One Students exists to come alongside parents as we reach this generation together.
Our goal is not just to create meaningful moments for students, but to equip and support you as you lead at home. That’s why we offer regular updates, resources, and opportunities for you to stay connected to what God is doing in your student’s life here at One Church.
