Steve Willis came to One Church in 2020 and serves as our Senior Pastor. His main focus at One Church is preaching, teaching, discipleship, and leadership development for all One Church campuses. Steve has a B.A. in Psychology, a Master's of Theology, and a Ph.D. in Anthropology and Human Development. Steve has also been blessed to share the gospel in more than 35 countries.

His wife, Dee, is a reading specialist, and loves helping children with reading challenges. Steve and Dee have 3 children. His oldest, Titus, is an attorney and married to Taylor, a Christian counselor. His daughter Johnna Hansher is a children's minister at a church near Dayton, Ohio and is married to Blake, an MBA student. Their youngest son, Lucas, is an avid musician and is a senior at Middle Tennessee State University.

Steve likes sports, fishing, getting outdoors and eating good food.
